Lucky Dog Racing, P10 Select and The Cool Pool faced off again in the eighth season of LROC in 2013. It was the fourth year that the three teams would face off against each other. The Cool Pool was coming off a dominant season where they won their second title.
The team started the season off where they left off by winning the first race of the season while John Reilley Jr. took the standings lead with the first driver win of the year. From there Lucky Dog Racing would take over by winning the next nine races and building up a big lead in the standings. Lucky Dog Racing became the first team to win three championships and had the most dominant season by setting several new records.
Jordan Hunt won his first LROC Championship and became the 2nd different driver to win a championship under Lucky Dog Racing. P10 Select finished in 2nd place in the standings while the defending champion team, The Cool Pool finished in 3rd.
