The Chaser Eraser Contest Is Only Available To Playoff Drivers!
How To Play:
The object of the contest is to pick the highest finishing playoff driver for each race.
For the first 5 races of the playoffs, you will choose 2 playoff drivers. The highest finishing driver will give you points for their finishing position. If they win the race, they will get 40 points. The points will go down for there, with last place receiving just one point. There are no points for leading laps. The other driver won't give you any points and will be eliminated. You can use a driver for the entire playoffs until that driver is eliminated.
For the final 5 races of the playoffs, you will choose 3 playoff drivers. The highest finishing driver will give you points for their finishing position and the 2 lowest drivers will be eliminated.
You can continue to play this game even if you are eliminated from the playoffs at any point.
If a member picks a driver that has already been eliminated during the playoffs for them, they will receive 0 points for that week. Their other picks will be eliminated. If they choose two drivers that have been eliminated, the highest driver in the NASCAR standings that they have not yet picked will be eliminated. Eliminated drivers for each member are displayed on this page under their name.
Each player must pick 2 drivers in the first half and 3 in the 2nd half. If they don't choose enough... the highest driver or drivers currently in the Cup standings prior to that race will be unavailable to them for the rest of the playoffs. If a player picks more than the allotted amount of drivers that week, only the highest driver or drivers in the standings will be used.
If a member misses three weeks of not submitting picks, they will be removed from the Chaser Eraser.
The winner of the contest will receive a special award on their page, receive a free year in the Cup Series and be offered a spot to play in the LROC Series the following season. Note: The winner of this contest can only be invited to LROC if there still is an open spot. If the LROC champion is a Lucky Dog Racing driver and they did not qualify for next season by any other means, they would get the spot.
Additional Note: The winner of this contest will receive a free year in Cup but Xfinity and Truck leagues cost additional fees if you are playing in them next year.

Joseph Cardwell edges out Lou Demian to win the 2019 Chaser Eraser
The Chaser Eraser battle was a tight one that came to the closing laps at Homestead. Joseph Cardwell had Kyle Busch and Lou Demian's highest driver was Kevin Harvick. Harvick had pitted and made his way up to 4th place but unfortunately for Lou it was one spot shy of keeping him in front. Busch won the race and scored 40 points which allowed Joseph to finish just one point ahead of Lou and win the 2019 Chaser Eraser.
It's the second time that Joseph has made the Chaser Eraser and the first time that he's won. Overall he becomes the 9th different winner of the game. He scored more points than Jessy Turgeon did when he won it last year but it's the 2nd lowest total in all of the other years.
Joseph will now get another award on his page and a free year in the league. It will be determined later on if there will be an opening in the LROC series as well.
