Shawnda says "I am a single mother of wonderful 5 year old son named Cody. I was the first Texan to join this wonderful league, and my brother Kendall soon followed me. I live in a very small texas town of 1500 people, and 10x's that many cows....lol.
I do alot of scrapbooking in my spare time, and get all my "NASCAR" themes from Kelley Earnhardt from the Scrapshack out of Mooresville. She has a wonderful selection. You can find links to the Scrapshack via Dale Jrs web site and his infield parking space.
I have attended 6 NASCAR races, all at TMS. This last April I had pit passes and you are talking about cool! I was in hog heavan! My brother did not get to attend the race in April (he is still upset about it.........lol) but we kept in touch via text messages....lol. He called me and told me he saw me on the Speed Channel during one of the practices...lol. I highly recommend all NASCAR fans attend at least one race with pit passes.
I work for the Knox County Sheriffs Office/Jail. I am a corrections officer and dispatcher. Yes, I work around criminals, and have been called every name in the book...lol. But you get used to it.
