The Chaser Eraser Contest Is Only Available To Playoff Drivers!
How To Play:
The object of the contest is to pick the highest finishing playoff driver for each race.
For all 10 races of the playoffs, you will choose 2 playoff drivers. The highest finishing driver will give you points for their finishing position. If they win the race, they will get 40 points. The points will go down for there, with last place receiving just one point. There are no points for leading laps. The other driver won't give you any points and will be eliminated. You can use a driver for the entire playoffs until that driver is eliminated.
You can continue to play this game even if you are eliminated from the playoffs at any point.
If a member picks a driver that has already been eliminated during the playoffs for them, they will receive 0 points for that week. Their other pick will be eliminated. If they choose two drivers that have been eliminated, the highest driver in the NASCAR standings that they have not yet picked will be eliminated. Eliminated drivers for each member are displayed on this page under their name.
Each player must pick 2 drivers each week. If they don't choose two... the highest driver or drivers currently in the Cup standings prior to that race will be unavailable to them for the rest of the playoffs. If a player picks more than the allotted amount of drivers that week, only the highest driver or drivers in the standings will be used.
Tiebreakers go the player currently higher in the playoff standings.
If a member misses three weeks of not submitting picks, they will be removed from the Chaser Eraser.
The winner of the contest will receive a special award on their page, receive a free year in the Cup Series and be offered a spot to play in the LROC Series the following season. Note: The winner of this contest can only be invited to LROC if there still is an open spot. If the LROC champion is a Lucky Dog Racing driver and they did not qualify for next season by any other means, they would get the spot.
Terry Howell overtakes Kevin Sullivan in final week to win the 2024 Chaser Eraser championship!
Terry Howell and Kevin Sullivan came into Phoenix separated by just one point so any driver could have determined the championship. Kevin picked Bell and Elliott, so his highest driver was Christopher Bell which scored him 36 points.
Terry had Ryan Blaney as his highest driver which scored him 39 points and gave him the victory by 2 points over Kevin.
Terry's championship is his first ever in the Chaser Eraser. He will get an award on his page for the victory and a free year in the cup series, congrats and thanks to everyone for playing!
